Ingredients you’ll need

Ingredients for raspberry gin spritz set out on a wooden table.

Gin. Gin is the base spirit in this cocktail. I used Bombay Sapphire dry gin, which is a citrus-forward gin. You could use lemon gin if you want a stronger lemon flavor.

Raspberry liqueur. This adds a sweet raspberry flavor. A black raspberry liqueur will give you the best flavor.

Lemon juice. Fresh lemon juice is best.

Simple syrup. This adds a subtle sweetness to the drink. You can make it yourself in 5 minutes using equal parts water and sugar. You could also use agave syrup or honey.

Soda water. This adds just the right amount of fizz.
