Ingredients
1½
cups
frozen mango chunks
¾
cup
frozen pineapple chunks
¾
cup
pineapple juice
¼
cup
yogurt
1-2
tablespoons
honey
Instructions
Add frozen mango, frozen pineapple, pineapple juice, yogurt, and honey to a blender.
1½ cups frozen mango chunks,
¾ cup frozen pineapple chunks,
¾ cup pineapple juice,
¼ cup yogurt,
1-2 tablespoons honey
Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy. If the smoothie is too thick, add a splash of pineapple juice to thin it out.
Taste the mango smoothie. If you want it sweeter, add more honey and blend again.
Pour the smoothie into glasses, garnish with a fresh pineapple wedge on the rim, if desired, and serve immediately.
Notes
If using a less powerful blender, blend the ingredients in stages to ensure everything combines easily.
Using fresh fruit that is frozen will give you the best flavor.
For a thinner smoothie, add more pineapple juice; for a thicker smoothie, add more frozen mango or pineapple chunks.
