Notes
Pumpkin sauce yield: The pumpkin sauce makes about 1¾ cups, or enough for approximately 7 lattes when using ¼ cup per drink. Store leftover sauce in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days, or freeze ¼ cup portions in a freezer bag.
Make it iced: Let the pumpkin sauce cool. Add ¼ cup pumpkin sauce, ⅔ cup Tazo chai concentrate, ½ cup cold milk, vanilla, and pumpkin pie spice to a glass and stir well. Add ice and serve.
Adjust the sweetness: For a less-sweet latte, start with 2 tablespoons of pumpkin sauce and add more to taste.
Dirty pumpkin chai: Add one shot of espresso to the finished latte.
