Notes
Nutritional information is approximate and is meant as a guideline only.*Simple Syrup: You can easily make simple syrup at home by combining ½ cup of water and ½ cup of sugar in a saucepan, heating the mixture until it dissolves, and then letting it cool. Store any extra syrup in a glass jar in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks. If you plan on mixing lots of drinks, double or triple the amounts.Expert Tips:
For best results, use freshly brewed espresso.
Don't skimp on the Baileys – its rich and creamy texture perfectly complements the strong espresso flavor.
Use a cocktail shaker to ensure the ingredients are thoroughly combined.
If you like, garnish the rim of your martini glass with chocolate syrup, then roll it in a mixture of finely ground coffee and sugar evenly spread on a small plate.
Use a chilled glass to ensure the drink stays cold.
For a non-alcoholic version, omit the Baileys and vodka, and use your favorite milk instead.
Enjoy this cocktail responsibly - If you drink, don't drive!
